  18. I'd like to point out that VoiceGuide does support Caller ID,
  19. and it's latest version VoiceGuide 2.3 extends Caller ID support
  20. to the extent of allowing the user to extract individual sub-fields
  21. from the Caller ID string, and use those subfields as part of
  22. Numeric/Alphanumeric paging (also supported by VoiceGuide)
  23. or as parameters to other programs which can be called from inside
  24. VoiceGuide.

  26. VoiceGuide has been from the outset desighned to provide the user
  27. with the ability to lay out the structure of their Voicemail
  28. system in a flexible fashion, as oposed to the other rigidly structured
  29. products. The flexibility in which the Caller ID can be used
  30. is only one of the features of our software.

  32. As well as providing the basic Play, Record, Voicemail, Fax Back,
  33. Paging there are over 10 other modules which can be used to implement
  34. the Interactive Voice Response system. We are continually trying
  35. to improve and expand our product and also welcome feedback,
